Overlay - Simple type 1

My first overlay with a very simple design. This is made to be used with street fighter primarily since I used footage as a base. The orange bottom should allow you to consistently see low attacks. I tried to make sure it wasn't placed too high. 

The top blue portion is made for information.The middle of the blue overlay can be used for placing a small message. The bottom used for identifying information such and songs if song request is used.
